PS 196 has been in partnership with United Community Schools for close to a decade. Through this collaboration, PS 196 is a community school and a hub for resources, supports, services and engagement. United Community Schools employs a full-time Community School Director, Mikala Everett, who manages school partnerships, events, and services.
